For a U.S. Army approved boot with all the bells and whistles, the Belleville C795 Men's Olive Tan Insulated Waterproof Boot features full leather/ballistic nylon upper construction and a Gore Tex waterproof bootie to keep you high and dry at all times. This model is designed for colder climates (<40 degrees) and features 200 grams of Thinsulate insulation integrated into the upper. Designed to match specifically with the OCP Army Combat Uniform (ACU), this boot is a proven Belleville model that has received rave reviews from troops over the years. The C795 features Belleville's patented Vanguard design that fits and performs with running shoe comfort even after long duty hours. A more expensive polyurethane midsole will reduce shock to your ankles and knees for years to come compared to cheaper EVA midsoles. A VIBRAM Fire & Ice Outsole was designed specifically for colder weather and will not stiffen up even in sub zero temperatures. The C795 boot is Berry Compliant and made in the USA with pride.
*** NOTE: Belleville boots are about ½ to 1 full size larger in fit than your normal shoe size depending on the type of boot you choose (hot weather vs. waterproof/insulated). In many cases, we have found our hot weather boots run about 1 size larger than your normal shoe size; however, boots containing a GORE-TEX® bootie may require only ½ size smaller than your normal size for a proper fit.
